Important Notice 6-April-2020Dear Parents/Guardians I would like to take this opportunity to join the members of the
school fraternity in wishing you to stay safe and healthy within the premises
of your home on account of unforseen circumstances caused by catastrophe of
COVID 19. Owing to the above mentioned human tragedy we are behind our
academic schedule and could not hold classes for the students. It may be the
cause of anxiety among the students and their parents. In this connection I
would like to assure all the parents of the school that we shall compensate the
loss of working days for the session 2020-21 by curtailing the holidays given
during summer, Durga Puja, Kali Puja & Winter Vacation. However, if need be there we are going to consider Saturday too,
as working day for the new session 2020-21. Even if it is required, we may also
reduce the given syllabus. Regards Principal

IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION REGARDING SESSION 2020-21
IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION FOR PARENTS
1. In
view of seriousness of COVID-19, the school authorities have decided to follow NO DETENTION POLICY for
the session 2019-20. As such all the students from Lower Nursery to Class 9 and
11 are promoted to the next higher class.
2. The
result/progress report for the session 2019-20 will be handed over to the
students in the classroom as and when the same will resume depending on the
direction of the government.
3.
However parents/guardians of the classes to 1 to 6 may see the same on the
dashboard from 6th April 2020 onwards. Further result of classes
LN/UN/KG will be given in the class after the same will resume.
4. The
students of class IX, X, XI, and XII along with their parents are required to
follow our school website for syllabus of their respective classes.
5.
Process of name enrolment for session 2020-21 along with distribution of books
& uniform will be intimated to the parents later on depending on the
situation.

orientation programme, school authority will update about the same after 15th
April 2020 depending upon the situation. |

Orientation Programme Cancel Notice for New Students
In view of CBSE notification, the management of the school has decided to cancel the orientation programme to be held on 21st of March and it will be rescheduled further after 31st of March. BY ORDER

informed that the scheduled dates for uniform stand cancelled and the
rescheduled dates will be intimated after 31st march ,2020.

COPY RECTIFICATION NOTICE FOR CLASS II TO VIIn view of the direction of the government with
regard to COVID – 19, all the Parents of Classes II, III, IV , V & VI of
Primary section are hereby informed that the verification of the answer –
sheets on 20th March,2020
will remain cancelled. This is further to be noted that there will be no
verification of the same this year.
